Sweden maintains its own embassy and dedicated Visa Application Centre in Dhaka, and also represents several other Schengen countries.
Visa Type: Schengen (Type C) short-stay visa for tourism, business, or family visits.
Fee: €90 for adults, plus a VFS service charge of about BDT 1,573 (equivalent to €11, inclusive of VAT), plus a nominal BDT 230 bank processing fee.

How to Submit: Book your appointment online with VFS Global, attend in person at the Banani centre with your complete document file, provide biometrics, and pay all fees in cash in BDT.
Documents Checklist:
Evidence of ties to Bangladesh (property, family, employment)
Valid passport (3+ months beyond stay, 2 blank pages)
Completed and signed Schengen visa application form
Two recent passport-size photos
Cover letter stating purpose and travel plan
Confirmed flight and hotel bookings
Travel medical insurance (minimum €30,000 Schengen-wide coverage)
Six months’ bank statement
Employment letter/NOC or business registration papers
