Malaysia is a popular, budget-friendly destination, and Bangladeshi citizens apply entirely online through the Tourist eVisa system.
Visa Type: Tourist eVisa — single entry, allowing a stay of up to 30 days, valid for entry within 90 days of issue.
Fee: Approximately RM 125–200 (roughly BDT 3,100–5,000), covering both the visa fee and processing/service charges. Fees fluctuate slightly with online payment surcharges.
Application Channel: Applications are submitted online via the official Malaysian Immigration eVisa portal. The High Commission of Malaysia in Dhaka handles queries and non-eVisa cases (e.g., long-term passes), but standard tourist eVisas are not processed there.
How to Submit: Register on the official eVisa portal (malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my), fill in your personal and travel details, upload scanned documents, and pay online. Once approved, print the eVisa on A4 paper and present it, along with your passport, upon arrival.
