Overview of Australian Skilled Migration Programs
Australia is an immigration-friendly country that promotes multiculturalism. Ranked among the best places to live in the world, Australia is committed to accelerating its economic growth by maintaining a variety of migration programs. The Australian Skilled Migration Visa Program is one of the most popular among young professionals. Every year, the country welcomes hundreds of thousands of people to live and work in Australia, whether through permanent residency or temporary residency. Among young professionals in Bangladesh, there has been a growing interest in migrating to Australia and settling down.
No matter where you are or what citizenship you hold, the rules are quite common for all nationalities. You must meet the eligibility requirements for Australia’s Skilled Migration Program.
Who Can Apply for Skilled Migration
From Bangladesh, a good percentage of skilled manpower move to Australia. National newspapers even cover news on Australia migration. Unfortunately, only certain skilled people can settle in Australia from Bangladesh. As per the latest EOI draws, we found that some certain occupations are prioritized. Technical, engineering, IT, Medical, and worker level job categories have been prioritized. If you’re applying from Bangladesh, it is good to see if your occupation is in the CSOL, MLTSSL or STSOL skilled occupation lists and also check the last 12 months EOI draws.
