Requirements for Spouse Visa: Subclass 309

To apply for the Subclass 309 visa, you must:

• Be in a genuine and ongoing relationship with your Australian partner.
• Provide sufficient evidence of your relationship, such as shared financial records, joint assets, and personal communication history.
• Have sponsorship from your Australian partner.
